The Ultimate Turkey Sandwich

What to do:

1. Slice up your avocado, turkey and lettuce.
2. Pop your ciabatta in the oven, fan on 180 degrees, to toast for 7 minutes.
3. Whilst the ciabatta is toasting, mix equal parts mayonnaise with cranberry sauce.
4. Take the ciabatta and cut in half.
5. On one side add the cranberry mayo, then layer turkey, avocado, lettuce.
6. On the other side, The Bay Tree garlic and fennel mustard and Emmental - pop this one back in the oven to melt the cheese for about one minute.
7. Take it out, put the top piece on - cut in half and eat!.
