Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce

A slightly sweet, creamy sauce for pasta.

Tasty Tips

Fry diced chicken breast, pour over sauce and simmer. Serve with mashed potato and seasonal veg.

Pour sauce over a fillet of cod or haddock, bake in the oven at 160oC until cooked through serve with green veg.

Pour over cooked pasta and fried bacon. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until sauce is bubbling.
