What to do:

Preheat your oven to 220°C or gas mark 7. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry, scatter over 2 handfuls of Wyke Farms Extra Mature Cheddar then fold the pastry in half. Roll out the pastry to the same thickness as a £1 coin before cutting it into 1cm strips. Twist each strip a few times before laying them on a baking sheet. Scatter the twists with two more handfuls of Wyke Farms Extra Mature Cheddar before baking them for about 12 minutes or until the cheese straws are golden brown.
