Full-Time Vacancies

Production Operatives

Full Time Permanent Positions
37.5 hrs per week
Due to the seasonal nature of the business, there may be potential to work additional hours.

Starting rate of pay: £9.75 per hour (age 16+) with six months’ probation.

We offer 28 days holiday inclusive of all Bank Holidays with additional days rewarded for long service.

We are looking to recruit hardworking and quality focused individuals to join and strengthen our highly successful production team.

Based within our Preparation and Production Departments, you will be encouraged through training to become a multi-skilled operator working as part of our team manufacturing award-winning preserves and condiments.

Ideally, candidates should have previous experience working within a food production environment however this is desirable and not essential as we believe some skills can be transferable.

For initial training purposes, you will be required to work a 4 day shift (Mon to Thu) to learn the role before switching to the advertised 5 day shift.  The 4 day shift will still be based on 37.5 hours, so you will be working slightly longer days during your training period.

A Basic Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent would be advantageous but again is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right individuals.

The business is based at Lee Mill, so candidates must have their own transport as public transport is limited.

Why wait?!  Immediate Starts Available.
